The Self-Paced CF2F course is designed for those who want to take it on their own, or for agencies who want to send a few staff at a time to take it, instead of training instructors to deliver it in the classroom.
This asynchronous online version of CF2F is highly interactive, with reflective, self-examining questions; content quizzes; video; audio; and a certificate of successful completion available when participants finish the course. With a completion time of under four hours and the opportunity to fit it into convenient parts of your day, the Self-Paced CF2F provides a variety of advantages:
- If an agency has not opted to offer the course to their staff or is unable to do so, staff can still take it on their own, privately, anywhere in the English-speaking world, at any time, stopping, re-starting and reviewing sections as needed.
- If an agency has difficulty sending employees to class due to short-staffing, it can now purchase blocks of user licenses to view this course, and send one or more staff at a time to take it. All that is needed is internet access.
- Staff who have already taken the course and desire to take it again, can now do so on their own time and at their leisure as an excellent means of reviewing content.
Towards Corrections Fulfillment™
The Self-Paced TCF (Towards Corrections Fulfillment™) course for new staff is designed for those who want to take it on their own, or for agencies who want to send a few staff at a time to take it, instead of training instructors to deliver it to new staff in the classroom.
This asynchronous online version of TCF is highly interactive, with reflective, self-examining questions; content quizzes; video; audio; and a certificate of successful completion available when participants finish the course. With a completion time of under 2.5 hours and the opportunity to fit it into convenient parts of your day, the Self-Paced TCF provides a variety of advantages:
- If an agency has not opted to offer the TCF course to their newly hired staff or is unable to do so, staff can still take it on their own, privately, in English, at any time, stopping, re-starting and reviewing sections as needed.
- If an agency has difficulty sending newly hired employees to class due to short-staffing, it can now purchase blocks of user licenses to view this course, and send one or more staff at a time to take it. All that is needed is internet access.

With a completion time of about 2.5 hours and the opportunity to fit the course into convenient parts of the participants’ day, the Self-Paced CFW-F provides a variety of advantages:
- If a correctional agency does not at this time offer the CFW-F course to their staff’s adult family members, they can still take it on their own at any time, privately, in English, stopping, re-starting, and reviewing sections as needed.
- Adult family members of correctional staff who have already taken the CFW-F course and desire to take it again, can now do so on their own time and at their leisure as an excellent means of reviewing content.
Correctional Family Wellness (Staff)™
The Self-Paced CFW-S (Correctional Family Wellness: For Staff™) course is designed for correctional staff who want to take this course on their own and at their own pace.
