Towards Corrections Fulfillment™: For New Staff (TCF) Instructor Training

“Towards Corrections Fulfillment™” (TCF) Instructor Training certifies instructors to deliver the 4-hour TCF course to corrections employees at their agency. As a prequel to DWCO’s internationally recognized course “From Corrections Fatigue to Fulfillment™” (CF2F) TCF Instructor Training is a 28-hour in-person or online training and phone or virtual coaching that teaches instructors to prepare today’s newest correctional professionals for a healthy and successful career in corrections.

Please note: This Instructor Training strictly certifies Instructors to deliver the TCF course to corrections employees at their agency. It does not certify Instructors to train other Instructors to offer the TCF course, and it does not certify Instructors to offer the TCF course to individuals outside of their agency.
