CF2F Instructor Training Testimonial – M. J., Cpt.

This course gave terminology and organizational focus on subjects/phenomena that some people have worked to address in a haphazard way unofficially for a long time. Hopefully this will always be supported and part of jobs from here on.

Great opportunity to address challenges we face with staff retention and morale.

CF2F Instructor Training Testimonial – A.C., Deputy Warden

This was long overdue in the field of corrections. This can help a lot of people, may even save some. I can honestly say this has opened my eyes, not only to myself, but some of my staff. This is simply amazing and it will work.

CF2F Instructor Training Testimonial – A.G., Psychologist

This training is incredibly valuable. It clearly identifies the struggles inherent to this culture and clearly provides skills to use to mitigate the negative effects. As a spouse of a correctional officer, I also gained insight into some of the struggles I have seen and ways I can help to improve these.

Useful for myself but will be very useful for new hires to try to prevent it (Fatigue) or if it does happen some ways to bounce back from it. The instructor was inviting and delivered the information very well.

Besides CF2F this is one of the most needed classes. It teaches us how to counteract the negative effects that our careers bring. It can improve our home life and extend our life expectancy.
