Crisis Resource Information for Individuals
Two DWCO partner organizations, Safe Call Now, and Serve & Protect provide crisis and support services for all U.S. first responders and public safety employees, including corrections staff and their families.
The Safe Call Now crisis line number is 206-459-3020.
Serve & Protect serves Criminal Justice and Emergency Services professionals and their families through the provision of a 24/7/365 Crisis Hotline, Chaplain Alliance, and Alliance of Mental Health Professionals. The crisis line number is 615-373-8000.
The Serve and Protect crises line has two options:
1. Option 1 connects you with a crisis counselor by accessing Safe Call Now.
2. Option 2 connects you with a chaplain.
If you are experiencing a crisis, you can also call the 24/7 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, 800-273-TALK (8255). More information about this hotline can be found at www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org.
